She provided excellent guidance in writing an offer and getting under contract, and she expertly handled the inspection process, coordinating inspectors and contractors so that we could move quickly and efficiently. Erica was my realtor when I bought my first home over 15 years ago, and I returned to her recently when it was time to sell it and buy a new home. Erica is a fantastic realtor. She is dedicated to helping home sellers/buyers achieve their goals. She listens to her clients to make sure she understands their expectations but she will also give it to you straight if you’re unsure what to do and ask for an opinion. One of her best traits is her unflagging optimism even in the face of challenges. She has years of experience and has navigated every type of buying/selling environment. I would not hesitate to enlist Erica again if i ever need realtor.

I had the pleasure of working with Colleen. She is amazing. She is like a friend out there willing to help and guided me though the house buying process. Sooo helpful and fun to work with. If I was going to buy another house I’ll be calling her up for sure.

This review is long overdue, but I need to give praise and thanks to Sally and Carla for being so absolutely amazing! They are far and beyond the best realtors that we have ever worked with, and that says a lot since we have had some awesome realtors in the past. They were so prompt with all of our communications and were great with scheduling showings for us. Once we entered escrow, they went above and beyond to get all of the inspections needed and help us secure bids from a number of contractors. I can’t say enough good things about these two and how great they made this home buying experience.
