I was thrilled with the work Bacharach Construction did on my home in Hillsboro. They are an excellent company and will deal fairly with you. Ari gave us a bid for replacing rotten trim and facia boards on the front of our house which were 19 years old. Builder put in really cheap materials and we were concerned that the underlayment was compromised. They did a great job and found only one small area where they had to replace the backer. Removed the rotten shutters, bad boards and window sills and installed pre-primed SPF wood. Caulked all the seams, reinstalled the flashing and painted everything. Rain caught them while they were doing the final painting and they came back 2 days later when it was dry, cleaned up all the paint splatters and repainted where needed. Job took an extra half day due to more damaged boards than we expected but were very fair on the extra charges to finish the work properly. As normal on any construction hidden/extra damage was present but they took care of it very promptly. Eric the junior foreman did a great job supervising and was on the job site the entire time. Answered all my questions, did extra work to insure a finished job and I was happy to run errands for extra paint, caulk etc needed due to the additional work to speed up the job. Handled the hidden surprises and now have a great looking front of our house. Not worried about rot coming back for many years. Recommended.

The build-out of our store was done in a timely and professional manner, all while sticking within the projected budget.
