Had the best haircut I’ve ever received by Dee Yu! I can hardly call it just a haircut- she offered a lot of incredibly helpful suggestions and knowledge as well as a service that tops all others. I have found no luck in seeing my hair goals realized until Dee. Thank you so much for providing such a caring and thorough service. Truly a master of her craft!

I came to Nieuw grumpily and reluctantly because my beloved stylist quit the game. They were highly recommended , but I was hesitant because Ellie is new to the biz and I was stuck in the mindset that experience is king. I was so wrong, they are fabulously talented and enthusiastic. Eager to listen and to play. I’m 66 and really know what I want and need, how my hair works. I can’t say enough about how I feel as if we are a brilliant team. Ellie is fresh and new, very on top of her game and so excited about her craft. We had a talk about it and she’s right, she also isn’t likely to quit the game anytime soon and we’ll be in this most important relationship for a long, long time. I’m thrilled!

After years of avoiding salons and being too nervous to pick one, I spent most of my days as a homebody, keeping my hair in a braid and hoping for the best. I had so many bad experiences growing up—routine “trims” turning into half my length being chopped off—so I fully expected the worst when I finally decided to deal with my tangled, bed-rot hair. Then I found Skye.nnShe was so gentle, genuinely kind, and incredibly attentive. From the start, she made me feel seen and understood, even though I was just a new client. She listened closely to my concerns and treated my hair with such care and respect—it meant the world to me. I was especially drawn in by her authenticity. There was something really grounding about how real and straightforward our conversation felt, and I appreciated how we seemed to click in that way. She also did a killer job at fixing my bangs.nnI’m so grateful to have found her.nI will be back, and i dont see myself switching up stylists anytime soon. 🖤🖤🖤

Skye has quickly become my new go-to stylist. She gets exactly what I want even when I’m not doing a great job at explaining. I’ve been to her twice now - once for a full cut & another for a bang trim & both times I left feeling like she completely nailed it. Not only is she amazing at her job but she’s also such a fun person to hangout with while sitting in her chair. 11/10 amazing experience all around ⭐️💖🫶🏼

I went to go get a haircut which i dont do often since im always really scared of the outcome, Skye did such an amazing job, she cut my hair into layers and gave me face framing bangs, i loooooved the haircut & she also gave me a blowout after my cut my hair. i loved it so much. ive been getting compliments on my hair ever since. she was also the sweetest person ever, made me feel very comfortable, im not a big talker but we talked the entire time she was doing my hair! definitely going back to her soon! 🫶🏼
