Portland Construction Solutions was incredible to work with! After a clogged toilet caused water damage to our upstairs bathroom, downstairs ceiling, and walls, their team came in and completely restored everything. James, Elli, Luis, Alex, Marco, and Daniel did an amazing job repairing the bathroom, fixing the ceiling, and repainting the downstairs walls. They were careful, considerate, and respectful throughout the entire project, making the process stress-free. Daniel was an expert at dealing with our insurance company and stayed on top of them every step of the way, which made a huge difference. The quality of their work was outstanding—everything looks flawless and better than we imagined. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend this team!

PCS to the rescue! Having experienced water damage before, we highly recommend Portland Construction Solutions. We have worked with two other restoration companies that actually caused additional problems for our home during those repairs. Conversely, the PCS employees were careful and attentive to details, making the experience positive all around. In addition to the high quality repairs to our wall, baseboards, flooring, and insulation, we noticed that they also made improvements to the functioning of our appliances which had previously not been installed completely properly. Going into this restoration, our biggest concern was a particularly tricky drywall repair due to the size of a pipe coupler in the wall, and Miguel worked some beautiful magic on this repair. This team knows what they are doing! Thank you Corey, Elizabeth, and Miguel! On the management side, we couldn't ask for better care from Brenden and Daniel. They were attentive to our needs and our satisfaction by keeping in touch with us throughout the process, documenting with photographs, and sticking to the schedule of repairs. Estimator Diego Salazar arrived on my doorstep the very next morning after I first contacted them and proceeded to assess what would need to be done and outline all procedures. His immediate arrival, his thoroughness, his deep knowledge and his great demeanor indicated that I was in very good hands with this company. Diego worked directly, and tirelessly, with my insurance company to make sure everything about my claim would be handled correctly and for the amount promised.nnOnce initial insurance approval was received, Project Manager James Smith took over the day-to-day responsibilities and activities. Having James in charge of all aspects of the restoration (which included dry wall, insulation, plumbing, electrical, new flooring, new molding, painting, new cabinets, new kitchen island, new countertops and back splashes) was the absolute best thing that could have happened for me. He and his wonderful and talented crew of Eli and Luis worked with precision and care, paying great attention to details and always gladly explaining what was transpiring each day. They made it a priority to communicate thoroughly and effectively to answer every question I subjected them to every visit. They were incredibly respective of my home and were extremely friendly and courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The crew always arrived on time, worked incredibly hard every day, and wonderfully cleaned up everything at the end of each work session.nnIt's hard to explain in writing but James went above and beyond what anyone could possibly imagine making sure everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner and administered a tremendous amount of care and compassion for this frazzled homeowner. When supplemental coverage was needed midway through the process, he and Diego persisted in securing the necessary funds and handled everything with my insurance company on my behalf. He kept in constant contact with me via text and email (my requested means of communication) about every detail throughout the complete process of restoring my home. He was always on top of every situation and kept me informed of everything along the way. Thank you to PCS for all their help in rebuilding our home after water damage. They were great to work with and helped us through the entire process. Our project manager Brenden did an amazing job, was very responsive and communicative, and kept everything on schedule. His team of craftsmen of Corey, Miguel, and Anthony were friendly, detail oriented, and truly brought our vision to life. We had our toilet flange go bad in our master bath which caused a leak in our master bath (entire room had to be gutted) and also in the wall between the two bathrooms. We were referred to PCS for the construction piece of our insurance claim and I am so thankful we were! Brenden was our project manager who worked with us every step of the way & gave us exceptional communication throughout the whole project. His team was very professional, friendly, respectful, and so clean! A huge shout out to Corey, Miguel, and Daniel!!! I do have to share that Corey went above and beyond for us while Brenden was on vacation. As he received our frantic message and responded promptly. He even came by in person to chat and keep us calm. We went over our options and moved forward with what felt comfortable to us. Once the project was done, Brenden did a walk through with us and made sure we were happy with everything including small things like a drip from the texture that was bothering me. He didn't make me feel bad for sharing this bothered me and took charge and fixed it. So impressed! My worries of matching flooring, paint, baseboards and more all went away as these guys knew what they were doing & had our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend PCS to friends and family.
