We worked with Wendy and her family to sell our old home and purchase a new one. It's frankly unbelievable that they charge less than other agencies! From the start, our communications were stellar, photos (Lyle) professional and service prompt. I would definitely recommend them, especially for inexperienced home buyers or sellers, because Wendy will pay attention to every detail. And on a side note-- they are friendly & fun people :)

We worked with Wendy on a flat-fee basis to sell our home in an FSBO manner. She was a great resource through the entire process, easy to communicate and work with, and open to thinking outside the box which was exactly what we were looking for. We worked with Wendy after having worked with another agent, and she was a breath of fresh air! She did everything to get our house sold quickly and we couldn’t be more appreciative.
