The Portland Clinic-Tigard

I visited Portland Clinic Urgent Care yesterday morning. It opened at 7:00 AM, which I appreciated. I was seen promptly for a lingering upper respiratory issue. The doctor listened to my symptoms, then gave me an evaluation as well as a plan of treatment. He was confidence-inspiring and easy to talk to. As a long-time Portland Clinic patient, I’ve come to appreciate the way the staff here all work as a team to support me. It’s great to visit their urgent care and get the same support and quality of care.

This week I had to visit the Urgent care, Tigard Clinic, and I want to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care I received. In addition to being highly knowledgeable, he showed incredible empathy. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, the available treatment options, and what to expect during my recovery. In a moment of uncertainty, his calm demeanor and caring words brought me reassurance and peace of mind, which had a deeply positive impact on me.nnI also want to thank the nurse who cared for me with such dedication and kindness. When you’re feeling vulnerable, the way you’re treated makes all the difference, and she made me feel comforted and cared for throughout the process.nnLastly, I want to acknowledge the person who welcomed me at the front desk. She was kind, clear with information, and helped me feel at ease from the very beginning.nnI understand that working in an urgent care can be incredibly demanding, and every minute counts. Yet I was impressed by how the team managed to provide such efficient care without losing the warmth and empathy that patients desperately need in moments like these. That balance between professionalism and compassion is truly admirable.nnI am sincerely grateful to the entire team for their dedication, humanity, and the positive impact they had on my experience. I felt i needed to be seen asap for a health concern that was causing pain and redness. I arrived early and was able to be seen by a doctor with 5 min wait time.nStaff were friendly and welcoming to help relieve anxiety.nDoctor was able to access and perscribe needed antibiotic for my issue. I felt listened to, also doctor took time to explain my situation.
