Once we found the listing of the home we bought, he went to work immediately establishing a favorable relationship with the seller’s agent and gained valuable information that ultimately helped us design a winning bid. His negotiation skills were very strong and he saved us tens of thousands of dollars by guiding us to a winning offer amount. He understood what the seller needed and worked in our favor to make both sides of the deal happy. Then, after inspection results caused a few wrinkles in the offer, he stayed the course, not shying away from the paperwork required to complete the deal. He has continued to follow up post closing for tying up any inspection loose ends. Dave’s communications with us and the seller’s agent, and even the builder for year 2 warranty work, always kept us in the loop every step of the way and allowed the sale to close in a very timely manner. The software he uses to keep track of all deadlines was a great help also, making the closing easy. Dave’s understanding of the complexities of the current real estate market were so useful and, since our house didn’t go on the market until we were back out of state, we trusted his knowledge and integrity to make our offer without ever having set foot in the house ourselves (just saw the house with a video call.) I wish I could use him for selling my home in another state. But we were so glad we found him. Dave has the energy and strengths to make dreams come true and we are happy to call him a friend now.
