After five years of planning a move to escape Texas, spring of 2025 finally rolled around. It was only then appropriate timing to house hunt. I needed someone to be my eyes, ears, and voice of experience in Portland while I narrowed choices. My sister mentioned chatting with Zach while looking at another property in the months prior. Then I was smitten with his K9 business partner enough to reach out. Zachary was really great to work with. We decided to move out of state last year, knowing we would have to navigate the sale of our home from afar. Zachary was extremely accountable, staying in touch with us and checking back in until we were ready to sell. Once we finally got the sale's process started- he made it SO easy. Having to schedule repairs, carpet cleaners, lawn maintenance, etc. from out of state (not knowing anyone in the business) was very daunting, but Zachary is really experienced, connected, and got it all scheduled with such efficiency. He was very reliable, had great communication, is extremely personal, and got the job done in a record amount of time. I appreciated all the advice he gave us- from the price to list at, to the best time to do so, to how much we should invest in for updates and fixings; he gave us a lot of options, scaled jobs for us so we understood different cost ranges, and just made sure that we knew what was going on and why. I really value his care and attention, his hustle, and the fact that he sold our house so fast. My advice for anyone looking for a realtor is to find someone that shows you that they really care about your business, that stays consistent and reliable with you, and isn't afraid to make bold moves on your behalf to get you in the real estate game. Zachary showed up, showed out- and did an incredible job helping us get all this accomplished in a really efficient, cost effective, consistent, and grounded way. Highly recommend.
